**Purpose of the role**

Step into the dynamic advertising industry as a Broadcast Media Coordinator, supporting campaign planning, buying, execution, and reporting while building key skills.

**Key priorities**
- Support planning with rate sourcing, data compilation, and media plan development.
- Assist in campaign execution including trafficking, spot placement, reconciliations, and material coordination.
- Manage buying trackers, troubleshoot programmatic deals, and support budget monitoring.
- Collect and consolidate data for reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Assist with monthly invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor billing splits.
- Embody Youi’s values with a proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.

**About you**
**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
- 1+ years' experience, ideally with exposure to TV buying and Australian broadcast media. (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau and digital video platforms (e.g. DV360, Campaign Manager) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, and highly organised with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passionate about media advertising and confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Ways of working**

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
