**_This position offers flexibility and would suit someone available to work school hours over 2 or 3 days per week._**

Based in Subiaco, our client is a new ASX listed explorer and they require a motivated and proactive Executive/Administrative Assistant to support their Senior Managers.

**Responsibilities for this position include**:

- Providing full range of administrative support
- Maintain filing system of confidential information
- Calendar and travel management
- Expense claim reconciliations
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative / Executive Assistant type role.

Good interpersonal, written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Adobe Pro - Document editing experience desirable
- Able to multi-task, display initiative and prioritise workload
- Flexibly adapt to changing priorities and competing deadlines
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with teleconferencing software desirable
- Excellent attention to detail - Essential
- Current Driver's License and reliable transport

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
