**About the role**
Join the GrainCorp Human Resources team and be part of a dynamic and value-adding group of professionals who strive to build a fantastic employee experience by partnering with, and coaching leaders. The GrainCorp teams work to proudly connect with customers and communities to deliver value.

Reporting to the General Manager, HR, you will be empowered in your role to autonomously deliver people and culture outcomes across a portfolio of our manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, Perth, Numurkah and Auckland as well as our leading agri-energy upcycling business. Partnering with a great group bunch of passionate leaders, you will help facilitate a number of diverse initiatives and will stretch you from generalist HR to leadership development, coaching, transformation and wellbeing projects. The role will have a mix of strategic and hands on practical solutions and people calendar activity. You will bring experience as a commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner within an industrialised environment with 3 Enterprise Agreements to oversee. Occasional travel will be part of the role. Parking is available onsite at West Footscray.

**About your experience**
- IR experience (negotiating EAs)
- Demonstrated HRBP experience.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Commercial experience (ie. worked in commercial enterprise).
- Demonstrated HR strategic thinking and thought leadership.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and change.
