**The Role**:
As a Casual Support Worker with Your Plan Buddy, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing personalized support in daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assisting clients in achieving their personal goals and participating in social and community activities.
- Offering emotional support and encouragement to help clients build confidence and independence.
- Collaborating with our team to create a positive and empowering environment.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine passion for working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and schedules.
- Relevant experience in disability support or a related field is preferred, but not required.
