We are looking for **FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN CHALLENGING BEHAVIOURS** to join our team in Rockingham. You will be working with participants who have challenging behaviours, including physical and verbal aggression and binge eating. Our participants have mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar, PTSD, intellectual disabilities, and eating disorders.

Despite these challenges, our participants are fun and lovely to work with. They enjoy music, dancing, op shopping, cars, fish, and birds.

As a support worker, you will assist with self-care tasks, including continence and diabetes management, cooking, cleaning, and helping participants access the community.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in support work.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 37.5 per week
