**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

At our clients request we are seeking dedicated and empathetic male support worker who possess the following qualities:
Compassion**:Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support our clients**

Reliability**:A dependable and responsible attitude.**

Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.**

Initiative**:Proactive and self-motivated individuals who can adapt to various situations and think on their feet.**

Experience**:Previous experience in a support worker role.**

**Hours of Work**:Flexibility to work weekday hours including evenings, overnight sleep shifts and weekend supports.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting client with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Providing personal care and emotional support to meet client's individual needs by following a structure support plan.
- Engaging in meaningful activities and outings that promote socialisation and well-being.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

Successful applicants will be required to hold a current NDIS Worker Screening, fully insured vehicle and hold a full clean drivers licence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.60 - $40.26 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Clearance (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
