**The organisation**
A Victorian agency of the State Government that manages and protects Melbourne's major water resources on behalf of the community.
**About the role**
You will be answering enquiries from customers to adhere to agreed standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Resolve issues and enquiries from stakeholders of all levels
- Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner
**Experience and skills**
- Highly proficient in using administrative tools including MS Suite
- Outstanding administration, communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in Contact Centre is highly regarded
