**Contact Centre Specialist**

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our vibrant Melbourne Contact Centre teams, starting on
**Monday 5th December**.

You will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls from customers and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience regarding their everyday banking needs.

This is a foundation level sales and service role within the banking industry and a great opportunity to learn about banking and financial service sector from the ground up, with the support of trainers and leaders, helping to set you on a pathway for a successful banking career.

**Flexible days and hours**

Our Full Time Bankers work a five-day rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 8pm, with one Saturday, and one late shift per month.

We also offer part time roles, either 5 days per week with reduced hours, or part time 3 days Friday, Saturday and Monday working 7.5 hours per day.

Additionally, once your initial 8-week office based onboarding and training has been successfully completed you will be able to enjoy our Hybrid WFH model.
