We are currently seeking a committed and reliable Casual NDIS Support worker to assist clients based in the Chermside area with a Background in Nursing or studying Nursing. To provide Home care, social support and Community Access. Proven experience with challenging behaviours and working with clients who have complex mental health conditions/ PTSD is essential for this role.

Weekdays and Weekends AM & PM shifts. Average 4 to 6 hours per shift, up to two shifts per day.

$0.96 per km between shifts (terms and conditions apply)

Supports required include:

- Assistance with Daily Activities
- Community access and Social support
- Domestic assistance
- Personal Care
- Meal prep

Must have:

- Experience working with clients with challenging behaviours/ Complex mental health.
- Current Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Car
- Current NDIS Worker screening card and Blue card or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL.
- Be able to provide 2 current/recent work-related references

Pay: From $35.50 per hour
