If you are an experienced Registered Nurse, AIN, EEN, Aged care or Disability Support Worker who lives in Capalaba or surrounding areas and has community care experience, then we would like to talk to you

Our services include disability, aged and transitional care, in home end of life and palliative care.

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality support. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.
- Ability to provide personal, companion and domestic care
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Manual Handling experience - highly recommended
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities

Applicants must have the following;
- Australian National Police check certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening card and NDIS Certificate of Completion Module
- Driver's licence with full comprehensive Car Insurance
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Desirable:

- AHPRA Nursing Registration
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support Disability/Aged Care or related studies.
- Sound experience in the disability or allied health/welfare/education fields.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
