**Job Description** THE ROLE**
- Lead the Commercial Credit team to achieving quantitative and qualitative targets within agreed SLAs.
- Develop coaching and upskilling training sessions for commercial credit analysts using the quality data collected.
- Monitoring quality of the conversations conducted by credit team with external partners.
- Managing and improving the Complex Credit Assessment process.
- Building and improving relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Addressing complex commercial credit scenarios.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth process and high standard of customer experience, from loan submission to formal approval.

**Qualifications** THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH**
- Commercial or Business Bank Credit Experience.
- Previous experience with delegation authority is essential.
- Managerial experience is a must.
- Experience in auditing credit decisions and quality is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships.
