- The purpose of the Marketing Assistant is to play an integral role in assisting with the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns and events for our_ _Lex Medicus, Medilaw, Next Health, MindSense and FertilityPsych brands. _Contributions will be instrumental in strengthening our presence within the medico-legal sector. This role demands attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a creative touch to assist in delivering successful marketing strategies and memorable events that resonate with our clients and partners._

- Actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring alignment with our business objectives and target audience.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of various marketing initiatives, allowing us to make data-driven improvements.
- Provide crucial support in the planning and execution of diverse events, ranging from seminars and webinars to conferences and networking.
- Aiding in logistics management, including venue selection, catering, speaker coordination, and the preparation of promotional materials.
- Meticulous attention to detail will ensure that events operate seamlessly and provide a positive experience for attendees.
- Actively contribute to the engagement of industry partners, stakeholders, and associations.
- Coordination with external vendors and sponsors, aiming to elevate the overall experience of our events.
- By identifying opportunities for co-marketing initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our outreach.
- By tracking and analysing key performance metrics associated with marketing and event success, you will help provide valuable insights to shape future strategies.
- Contribution will also extend to preparing regular reports, empowering the team to make data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
- Promote and support practices that are inclusive, responsive, safe and accessible.

**Qualifications** Qualifications and Experience**
- Intermediate level graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in building and editing web pages and developing content (WordPress & SEO knowledge a plus)

**Specific Knowledge and Skills**
- Legal, insurance or medical industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Competent across all social media channels

**Personal/ Attributes/Competencies**
- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Excellent communication skills including copywriting that drives action amongst a variety of different audiences
- Proven ability to foster positive working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, with experience managing competing priorities and expectations
