You will lead critical programs that support thousands of global merchant partners, giving you unparalleled experience and exposure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing the B2B content strategy, producing everything from merchant case studies and website content to newsletters and educational guides that drive product adoption.
  • Owning the full campaign lifecycle - from strategy to execution - across email, web, and the merchant portal to drive engagement and growth.
  • Acting as the central project manager for key marketing initiatives, collaborating with global teams across Sales, Product, and Growth to deliver a world-class merchant experience.
  • Creating and delivering sales enablement materials and scaled programs that help our teams drive the activation and adoption of the full merchant product suite.
  • Managing the marketing workstreams for key seasonal and trade campaigns, ensuring our merchant partners are set up for success.

What you'll bring:

  • Approximately 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
  • Deep expertise in product marketing - specifically, translating complex features into clear customer benefits and educational content.
  • Mastery of cross-functional project management with a history of aligning global stakeholders across sales, product, and growth.
  • A strategic focus on the entire merchant lifecycle, using data and insights to optimise every touchpoint from acquisition to growth.
