**Casual Kitchen Assistant Needed for Brighton Restaurant**

We’re hiring a **Casual Kitchen Assistant** for a four-night stint to assist our team and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the kitchen team with food preparation and cleaning duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with stocking and organizing deliveries.
- Help with basic food prep as directed by the head chef.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience working in restaurants or cafes is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
