**Digital Marketing Strategist**

We're looking for someone who’s already exceptional in performance marketing, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and HubSpot - and ready to put those skills to work in a strategic, client-facing role.

At Outta Spatial, we combine sharp thinking with smart marketing tech to help businesses grow through strategy, performance, and automation. We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist with a proven track record across performance marketing, marketing analytics, and marketing automation.

This role suits someone who’s technically strong, commercially minded, and comfortable advising clients and internal teams alike.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Performance Marketing**
- Plan and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on CAC and ROAS.
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests across ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Analyse funnel performance and deliver insights to improve media efficiency and conversion rates.
- Understanding of media mix modelling (MMM) and channel forecasting to support strategic planning.

**Marketing Analytics**
- Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio using Supermetrics and custom queries.
- Design and manage ETL pipelines connecting Google Ads, GA4, Meta, HubSpot, and eCommerce platforms into BigQuery.
- Develop and maintain custom attribution models and customer LTV calculations.
- Conduct deep dive analysis using SQL and BigQuery to support campaign and audience strategy.
- Run regular audits of tagging structure, data layers, and tracking implementation across platforms.

**Marketing Automation**
- Develop and optimise workflow automations, lifecycle nurture journeys, and lead scoring models within HubSpot.
- Manage data integrity using platform integrations and manual QA checks.
- Support campaign tracking and behavioural event setup using GTM, GA4, and HubSpot tools.

**Stakeholder Enablement & Client Strategy**
- Act as a technical advisor across campaign performance, attribution, and marketing measurement.
- Lead client workshops focused on digital strategy, analytics maturity, and martech setup.
- Provide internal support to strategists and specialists on interpreting analytics and creating data-informed recommendations.
- Present technical findings in clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and campaign optimisation
- Proven expertise with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and HubSpot
- Working knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, and attribution frameworks
- Confidence in running workshops and communicating technical work clearly
- A curious, collaborative mindset and a drive to make data useful
