Are you a copywriter or content specialist with 2+ years of experience looking for your next step up? We have an opportunity for a digital marketing superstar to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant.

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing quality copy for our various clients, contributing to SEO channel performance for key clients and internal team members. You'll use creative copywriting skills and accumulated SEO knowledge to achieve optimal organic performance and drive growth for clients and the team.

The successful candidate will have a deep interest in websites and experience with search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) marketing. If you have successful experience with Email Marketing and or Search Engine Marketing, that's a bonus.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce valuable, engaging content for client websites that attracts and converts. This includes blogs, webpages, content hubs and ad copy to support the PPC team.
  • Perform keyword research and keyword mapping for content tasks.
  • Optimise blogs and web pages through the proven Kwasi optimisation process.
  • Assist the SEO Strategist Lead with strategies, reporting and identifying future content opportunities.

Skills and experience

  • Writing engaging content for websites (2-3+ years of experience preferred)
  • Practical understanding of SEO elements and tasks, including keyword research
  • An understanding of data and analytics with platforms like Google Analytics 4, SEMRush, and GSC
  • Able to interpret data and provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Proactive attitude
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Value-driven communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Self-propellant learner
  • Previous agency experience is desirable (but not necessary)
  • Bonus if you are an
  • AI-user, AI-curious or love to explore AI tools
  • Have successful experience with generative engine marketing, email marketing or search engine marketing.
