**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Provide great Customer Service
- Be responsible for coordinating and monitoring shipments
- Coordinate with export customers and transport providers
- Enter sales order into systems
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Follow up on back order status and delivery schedules
- Manage stakeholder expectations with regards to deadlines and delays
- Prepare weekly inventory and shipment reports
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of container availability, bookings, export orders, freight and dispatch documentation
- Ability to maintain relationships with freight companies, internal staff, management and vendors

**Here’s what you’ll bring**:

- 1 year experience in logistics
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with a high aptitude for detail
- Great communications skills (written and verbal)
- Be able to work well within a team and also autonomously after training period
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain baseline
