In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be a true champion of customer-centricity, constantly striving to deliver unmatched value, innovation, and an exceptional user experience. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Design and deliver the marketing and brand development in a way that delivers a clear message about the organisation's purpose, position, and product offerings; - Drive the identification and capture of new business relationships and have in place systems that ensure cohesion with the work and product delivery of the other divisions; - Develop and sustain trusted partnerships with existing and new businesses; - Develop and deliver strategies that seek to maximise business and resource use across the annual cycle; - Work in partnership with Executive Directors to ensure a smooth process for the introduction of new products and customers. **SKILLS & EXPERTISE** - Have a passion for outdoor education and the benefit it brings to the building of social capital in young Australians; - Possess experience and an understanding of what is required to identify & develop markets, and build new business relationships; - Be an experienced and effective people leader and team player; - Have an achievement orientation, commercial nous, and are tactically clever; - An appreciation for the nuances of the not-for-profit sector; - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Possess or be willing to undergo a current Working with Children’s Check.
