**Your opportunity to join us at North Ryde**
An exciting opportunity has come up within the Information Technology team for an IT Service Desk Analyst.
As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for Level One and Two IT help desk queries supporting our corporate Head Office and wider business. You will also play a key role collaborating with the broader IT team, improving efficiencies and delivering a high quality service.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Facilitate all user IT administration including Active Directory management
- Identify, log, categorise, troubleshoot and escalate incidents as required
- Systems support
- Identify and diagnose system faults and establish root causes, workarounds and/or resolution and escalations as required
- Create/modify user accounts
- Escalate system faults procedure to the relevant resolver group
**We’re interested in people who can bring**:
- Good understanding of Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience in and understanding of a Service Desk environment
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Thrive working in a team and comfortable working in high pressure situations
- Enjoy working cross functionally and building relationships with all stakeholders
- Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles
- Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
