**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional first-level IT support to our internal users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless and responsive service experience across our business.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Answering calls to the internal Technical Support phone line.
- Troubleshooting and resolving level 1 IT issues.
- Escalating tickets to the level 2/3 IT support team when required.
- Triaging tickets submitted via the Jira Service Desk portal.
- Windows and Mac desktop support.
- Provision of new hardware.
- Imaging of laptops
- Software installations.
**Requirements**:
**We’re looking for someone who’s**
A qualification in Information Technology (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or service desk role
Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Windows 10 and macOS
- Windows Server environments
- Basic networking concepts
A strong customer service mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
