Role Responsibilities: As an IT Support Analyst, your work will be split equally between support for sites, including site visits (across greater Sydney) and Head Office support:

- Installation, configuration and support of computer hardware, software, business systems, networks, telephony (including mobile devices), printers and scanners.
- Providing onsite support to staff and clients across all Achieve Australia cluster homes and enterprises.
- Responding in a timely manner and in line with internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ICT service issues and requests (Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk Support function)
- Providing support to Office 365 environments and ICT infrastructure services to all Achieve Australia sites.
- Provision of technical support across the company (this may be in person, remotely or over the phone)
- Working with experienced Senior ICT Team members to maintain ICT best practice environments. Some repair and replacement of equipment as necessary
- Testing of new technology as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children Check and the eligibility to work in Australia.
- Must demonstrate experience supporting Windows Operating System (Windows 10 and above) Microsoft Products and end user support.
- Experience supporting Active Directory, O365 Administration, SharePoint Administration, SDWAN, Service Desk Tools (such as Manage engine), Microsoft Intune MDM, networking skills and remote desktop with computer users.
- Interpersonal skills to work with various tech professionals, vendors and computer users
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to multitask.
- Completed tertiary qualifications or equivalent in an ICT or associated business discipline.
- A positive, customer-oriented attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Aptitude/willingness to improve skillset in the technology support space and add value to an existing support team.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites and at short notice.
- Work independently and unsupervised.
- Up to 3 years' experience in all of the mandatories listed.
- Experience working in the Non-For-Profit organisation will be an advantage
