**About the role**
This is a high impact role where you will play a significant role in creating new opportunities and manage established partnerships for the Dulux Construction Solutions portfolio of products in the new commercial construction and commercial property refurbishment segments.
You will facilitate the business position & market share for Dulux Group (DG) business units and brands in line with the overall Dulux Construction Solutions national strategy. It is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront & make an impact across the business as you will manage varied internal and external relationships. You will be the key driver for industry body relationships as well.
The role is based out of Maddington and will empower you to unlock array of opportunities for the sales team and make a difference in the commercial construction segment of the decorative coatings industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage established supply partnerships and develop new opportunities.
- Accountable for future project pipeline, early project engagement with a range of Commercial New Construction and Re - Paint in the Tier 1, Tier 2 market.
- Support the state teams and navigate project management.
- Collaborate with the state sales team to help our painters through providing industry insights and lead generation.
- Contribute to the delivery of total State trade sales targets.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction environment
- Demonstrated experience in sales related roles
- Experience engaging stakeholders with the ability to demonstrate influencing skills
- Minimum of three certifications in relevant Salesforce products
