What you’ll do as a
**Credit Officer**:
- Ensure lending decisions are executed in line with credit policy and approval authority limits and/or in consultation with the appropriate signatory
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation
- Build and nurture internal and external relationships
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years recent experience in residential mortgage loan assessment is required, with individual approval delegations held
- You have a strong problem solving ability to think outside the square and analyse situations in a solutions based environment
- Capacity to learn and execute multiple lending policies and processes and run simultaneously as required
- Relevant qualifications from a recognised college or university in Finance / Commerce, Credit Management, Mortgage Broking or closely related field.
