**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in admissions and course administration in a tertiary environment.
- Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Proven commitment to quality customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences, particularly students from non-English speaking backgrounds.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team in a front-line customer service role.
