**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the maintenance of student records and reporting in the CRM and Student Information System (Salesforce and Navigate).
- Collection and organisation of student documents for enrolment.
- Completing the end-to-end enrolment process including issuing of Confirmations of Enrolment.
- Oversight of Tertiary Admissions Centre day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to, parameter setting, course and offer administration, marketing and website updates, and auditing.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the business.

**Qualifications**
- ** 2 years of experience** in admissions or administration, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Experience working with **CRM systems** (Salesforce preferred) and student databases.
- Excellent attention to detail in **data entry and document verification**procedures.
- ** Strong communication skills**, with the ability to interact effectively with students, and internal stakeholders.
- ** Problem-solving and analytical skills**, with the ability to assess complex admissions cases.
- A person who **communicates effectively**, **works collaboratively** and has a **sound understanding of self-leadership**
