**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for team members who align with our work ethic and passion for customer service.

You will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating an exciting atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a happy team and a customer base who have a fantastic experience and cannot wait to return to dine with us again
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Duty Manager or Bar Manager role
- Passion for driving beverage sales through training and development of the front of house and bar teams
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
- In depth Beer knowledge and ability to train the team and liaise with customers on tasting notes and brewing processes
- Previous experience completing stock takes and eye for detail when it comes to stock management
- Experience working autonomously in a dispense bar situation
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
- Availability for Wednesday
- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
