**Your Organisation**

This leader in the Aged Care and Retirement Living sector seeks a Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis

Working with an experienced Recruitment Business Partner who is taking the recruitment division to a new level, this is a great opportunity to assist to reshape processes and procedures within this new team.

With a large portfolio of communities located throughout Australia, they have been in operation since mid 2000.

The Recruitment / HR team is extremely collaborative and down to earth with their serving their clients and providing excellent customer service at the forefront of everything they do.

This role will primarily support the recruitment of staff based in each village and work closely with managers in each location. It will be a combination of both blue collar and some white collar as well as assist to facilitate the onboarding of new staff.

**Your role**

Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, your role will involve:

- Screening applicants
- Short-listing
- Writing advertisements
- Conducting reference checks
- Liaising with line managers and taking job briefs
- Coordinating onboarding
- Raising contracts
- Liaising with HR Team as required
- Assisting with process improvement projects
- General administrative support

**Your Profile**

You will have experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor previously. You will build relationships easily and work well with multiple priorities at any one time. You will have a down to earth personality as well as the confidence to opening communicate any changes with processes and procedures as they arise.

You will have worked with a large CRM previously and pride yourself on your ability to work autonomously. Your proactive nature will seek out process improvement and you will have excellent communication skills with a mature mind set.

As this is a temporary role with an immediate start, your must be immediately available
