**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be an integral member of our team.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, passionate, and not afraid to make this role their own by putting in place the processes necessary to promote future growth of the business.

The position will require a highly organised, highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Key responsibilities in this critical role include:

- Working with the team to support them to execute delivery of recruitment processes
- Completing administration tasks accurately and efficiently
- Providing systems super-user expertise with regards to our CRM

**About You**
- A flexible working style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Developed problem-solving skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage and execute multiple deadlines and milestones
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage however not necessary as in-depth training will be provided
