**Position Title**: Technical Sales Representative
**Location**: Brisbane, Queensland
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary Package**: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus statutory superannuation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and acquire new business accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships with account customers.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Manage social media marketing activities, including handling inquiries from platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google reviews. Engage with potential customers to create sales opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- **Customer Relations**: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered by Brisbane White Goods Factory Outlet to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the white goods or related industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing social media marketing campaigns.
- A thorough understanding of the WooCommerce platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
