**Facilities Coordinator - Southport, QLD**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
- Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of services.
- Manage service requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.A proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation.
