Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote business growth and achieve revenue targets. A Sales and Marketing Manager will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following tasks and key responsibilities:
1. Analysing marketing trends and customer needs to develop sales and marketing strategies aligned to the business objectives.

2. Identify target markets and segments and devise effective approaches to gain new customers.

3. Setting goals and creating actions plans.

4. Monitoring the performance of the marketing and sales needs of the business and taking corrective action to achieve set goals and targets.

5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities when appropriate.

6. Foster strong relationships with key customers to maximise sales performance and customer satisfaction.

7. Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as digital marketing, advertising, and public relations.

8. Conduct market research and analysis of competitors to identify trends and opportunities.

9. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and marker development to drive informed decision making.

In addition to the demonstration of the above listed tasks and key responsibilities, the successful applicant will hold a minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field, however higher qualifications such as a master’s in business administration (MBA). The successful applicant will also hold at least 2 years of relevant experience.

**Salary**: $34.41 - $40.00 per hour
