As a Marketing Specialist at Digi, you will be stepping into a dynamic and rewarding position that plays a pivotal role in empowering our team to establish, develop, and grow.

**About the role**:
Your focus will be on working with our existing digital team as well as creatives, strategists and copywriters to generate enquiries within the fitness and wellness industries across Australia, primarily leaning into Paid Advertising across Meta & Google, increasing website conversions, nurturing campaigns, integrating with digital campaigns, and delivering digital marketing results that drive growth

The role includes:

- Plan, brief and managed a range of digital campaigns focusing on lead generation.
- Generate traffic, leads, conversions and revenue for clients by researching, auditing, strategising, implementing and tracking activities.
- Monitoring industry trends and tools to stay up to speed in paid and nurturing marketing developments.
- Preparing performance reports and documents outlining key metrics, results, and recommendations.

**About you**:
You know your way around the Meta ad account. You're a natural communicator, both written and verbal, love working with people in a team, have a results-driven attitude and are passionate about all things customer service.
- 2+ years of proven experience with implementing successful digital/PPC/social strategies, ideally within a digital marketing agency or similar.
- Skilled in developing and implementing strategic digital campaigns.
- Experienced in integrated digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, Website, CRO, eDM).
- Skilled in analytics, spreadsheets, data analysis, and paid media tools with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and phone communication skills.
- Strong business understanding with the ability to research and analyse issues to gain results.
- Skilled in client, project, and time management.
- A collaborative and constructive team player who can also work autonomously.
- A quick thinker with creative problem-solving skills and confidence in making decisions.
- A self-starter who aims to exceed expectations is results-focused, reliable, and passionate about marketing and customer service.
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is valuable, but this is not required as training is available.
