**About the job**
The Performance Marketer/ Performance Marketing Manager role are fast-paced positions built for self-motivated individuals who are keen to expand their responsibility for managing, implementing, and drawing actionable insights from small and large-scale paid media campaigns for our practices and brands. This role will primarily be focused on paid search and paid social, but with scope to cover broader areas of digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**
Your primary responsibility as our Performance Marketer/ Marketing Manager is to help increase the number of referrals to our ECC Hospitals, that we acquire through our paid media campaigns and online marketing campaigns. Some additional key responsibilities include:

- Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns and discover new opportunities for paid advertisement.
- Monitor and analyse web analytics dashboards/ reports with the use of key reporting tools and provide recommendations of improvements in key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
- Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
- Maintain a documented system of SEM policies and procedures.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns and discover new opportunities for paid advertisement.
- Oversee and manage all digital campaign budgets, KPIs, ROI, traffic, and analyse trends to determine campaign success.
- Optimize the performance of existing marketing campaigns. Work diligently to multiply our ROI from ongoing efforts.
- Keep up to date with new marketing strategies and promotional outlets. When in doubt, be willing to launch a new marketing campaign.
