Marketing Specialist

We’re on the hunt for two Marketing Specialists who are interested in helping us find new ways to innovate and make our customers' lives better. Both roles report to the local Queensland Marketing Manager and will be part of a broader group marketing and customer experience team.

**Make an immediate impact**:
**Role 1 - Local Area Marketing**
- Take the lead in implementing the new display network opening program
- Be the go-to marketing contact for the display network and design studio
- Implementation of local area marketing and customer segmentation plans
- Conduct ongoing local market review and analysis
- Manage the implementation of the signage program across all touchpoints
- Provide support on a broad range of marketing disciplines including budgeting

**Role 2 - Product Specialist**
- Lead the marketing of our flourishing house & land and completed homes divisions
- Be the product expert across house designs and inclusions
- Full asset management and the delivery of all print and online requirements
- Assist with the launch of new marketing promotions/campaigns and digital initiatives
- Provide support on a broad range of marketing disciplines including eDM program

- You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and are able to keep a clear eye for detail juggling multiple projects
- Qualified with a marketing and/or business degree, with a minimum of 3 years experience and maybe even worked in a residential property business before
