SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

- **HR Advisor** to join our HR Team
- Permanent Full time position
- Working at Henderson, Perth

Mammoet Australia are currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Advisor. Reporting directly to the HR Manager Australia, this generalist role is critical in supporting the ongoing development of the People & Culture function within Mammoet. You will be responsible for providing functional HR support across the business with a passion for building and maintaining a driven workforce that is committed to our values and success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Provision of timely and accurate HR & ER advice and support
- Compiling and reporting HR data
- Assist with injury management and RTW Coordination
- Support the Executive Manager People and Culture and Human Resource Manager with training and development across our operations related to HR/ER and global mobility
- HR project work as required (i.e. Diversity and Inclusion, EVP, Professional learning and development)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Degree or post graduate qualifications in HR/IR/ER or related area, or relevant experience
- Demonstrated 2-4 years in a similar role
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and strong decision-making ability
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
