**Introduction**:
Dymocks Retail is a nationally recognised multi-channel retail brand with over 50 locally owned and operated stores across Australia. The largest bookselling network in Australia, we pride ourselves on providing the best experience for our customers through our extensive range of books, gifts, and stationery.

**Description**:
In this role your primary responsibility will be to develop our network across Australia by attracting new Franchisees into the business.

**Franchise Recruitment will include**:
Develop and coordinate advertising requirements for franchises
Handle all applicant enquiries regarding franchise stores
Conduct face to face interviews with potential franchisees.

Reporting and Administration

Ensure all Franchise Recruitment documentation is best practice and updated regularly.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated success
Strong communication skills, aligned with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Strong financial and numeracy skills
A drive to succeed and grow our business

Outline an example of where you have converted a lead to a new franchisee recruitment
Outline what makes for successful lead generation
Outline a typical target you have worked to in regards to franchise recruitment and conversion
