The Opportunity

As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for lease administration and financial processing for Dexus’ Internally Managed Property Business. You will ensure accurate, timely and efficient management of lease admin tasks to support the team and maintain related documents. In this role, you will be exposed to an array of commercial operations within a multifaceted, dynamic and evolving team.

You will make an impact by:
- Effectively reading and interpreting leases and associated legal documentation- Carrying out lease admin duties such as: new lease activations, admin of active leases, coordinate tenant insurances, bank guarantees and security bonds- Maintaining tenant arrears notifications and reminders- Maintaining lease records in Yardi and diligently following up on outstanding bank guarantees and insurance requirements, as well as regular reporting to escalate to the Property Management team
