Job Description: Bar Staff Part-time

As a Bar Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while enjoying our delicious food and beverage offerings.

**Responsibilities**:
\- Welcome guests to the bar area with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

\- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, following our high-quality standards.

\- Engage with guests, take their orders accurately, and recommend suitable beverage options based on their preferences.

\- Maintain a clean and organized bar by restocking supplies, arranging bottles, and ensuring cleanliness of glassware.

\- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to guests.

\- Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.

\- Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate cash balances at the end of each shift.

**Requirements**:
\- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in mixing drinks and knowledge of beverage recipes.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests.

\- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and handle pressure with a positive attitude.

\- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain one before commencing employment.

\- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required for a casual position.

Salary and Benefits:
As a Bar Staff member, you will be paid according to the industry award rate, with additional penalties for working on weekends and public holidays.
