We currently have exciting opportunities for Waiters, Bartenders and Food Runners at Two 2 Six and Ministry Of Crab, each primely located at 226 Flinders Lane in Melbourne CBD. We are seeking talented and experienced staff to join our team and help us deliver a high-quality dining experience to our guests.

Nestled in the ever-growing premium dining scene of Flinders Lane, Two 2 Six is a modern and elegant twist on the steakhouse, specialising in a woodfire culture of cooking. With a menu built specifically around a woodfire grill, we feature high quality steaks as well as a curated range of delicious and diverse dishes from a variety of cultural influences. At the forefront of the venue is a beautiful and dynamic cocktail bar offering a mix of classic twists, exciting new beverage ideas and a curated bar menu. Whether it's a casual catch-up at the bar, date night, enjoying an indulgent night out or celebrating a special event, Two 2 Six is a beautiful space for all occasions.

Ministry of Crab is a renowned international brand established in Sri Lanka in 2011, and now has multiple locations across Asia. Ranked in Asia's Top 50 best restaurants between 2015-2021, Ministry of Crab will now soon be another addition to the Melbourne food scene serving locally sourced Mud crabs and prawns from Northern Territory and Queensland. Our cooking style encompasses Japanese techniques with Sri Lankan spices and Mediterranean flavours.

As floor staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner, understanding and explaining the menu, as well as delivering various dishes and beverages to our exacting standards. You will work closely with our Venue Manager, Supervisors and other team members to ensure that all actions and tasks are completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised workstation and have a good understanding of, and being hands on with all HACCP procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong customer and interpersonal skills and table side manner
- Good communication skills and the ability to guide junior members of a team
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
