**The Role**
As an Account Manager at Megalines Insurance, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients while developing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and deliver outstanding service that builds lasting relationships.
This role requires someone who is proactive, client-focused, and experienced in handling commercial insurance accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of existing SME and corporate clients.
- Provide advice, renewals, quotes, and policy management across a range of insurance products.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular communication.
- Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate competitive premiums and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Contribute to team targets and business development initiatives.
- **About You**:
- Minimum **3+ years’ experience** in a similar Account Manager or Insurance Broker role.

- Strong understanding of general insurance products, particularly commercial insurance.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with broking systems (e.g., WinBEAT, Insight) is an advantage.
Pay: $58,203.23 - $126,921.81 per year
