About the Role

As our Dental Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of our expanding clinic.

You'll be the bridge between clinical excellence and operational efficiency — ensuring every team member, process, and patient experience aligns with our vision of excellence and growth.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and empower a talented team to perform at their best.
  • Implement systems that drive efficiency, accountability, and consistency.
  • Champion patient experience — ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.
  • Oversee financial processes, budgets, and reporting with precision.
  • Ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards across all areas of the practice.
