**About the role**:
Join the growing Canberra branch as an Engagement Specialist and help job seekers and contractors find their next role.

The Engagement Specialist position is dynamic and fast-paced, often emphasised by short deadlines. So, you'll never have a dull moment. But you'll share these moments with a tight-knit and inclusive team in Canberra. In addition, your passionate and highly invested Branch Manager will ensure you have all the support you need to meet your career potential.

As an Engagement Specialist, you'll undertake an industry-leading induction training program. You'll also have direct and ongoing access to coaching and development following this initial training. So, within the first year, you'll confidently manage multiple roles at once.

**About you**:
We're looking for someone who embraces opportunity, is hungry for success and keen to bring their best. You'll also need to remain humble, customer-focused and be a real team player.
Our Engagement Specialists have:

- Solid relationship development skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- A passion for connecting with people
- A competitive spirit and strong work ethic
- A demonstrable track record in sales or customer service
- Resilience and determination

While IT recruitment or agency recruitment experience is desirable, it's not essential. We hire for potential
