**Job Title**:Sales Support/Administrator

**Location**: Moorabbin, Victoria

**Job Type**: Full-time (Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm)

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Support/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer records.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter and update data in various systems.
- Maintain and organise office records, picking lists, invoices and statements.
- Microsoft Excel Expertise: Utilise advanced Microsoft Excel skills to handle data analysis, create spreadsheets, and generate reports. Proficiency in functions such as VLOOKUP is preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the wholesale or retail industry is preferred.
