As a Case Management Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of top-quality care to our valued clients. This multifaceted position involves a range of responsibilities, from providing exceptional customer service and client communication to managing intake and workflow processes. As the main point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless administration and adherence to our high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, offering positive interactions and dedicated support to our clients.
- Maintain precise client files and information in our cutting-edge systems, ensuring full compliance with the necessary standards.
- Become the go-to expert for NDIS, HCP, and VHC policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring all processes are smooth and efficient.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in successful coordination.
- Assist Case Managers with important administrative tasks, such as purchases and referrals, to guarantee the best care for our clients.
- Support the production of accurate and timely client and service-related reports, contributing to our commitment to transparency and excellence.
- Contribute to safety, quality, and risk management, adhering closely to all relevant policies and procedures.

**Essential Skills**:

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar or related role will be highly advantageous, demonstrating your potential to thrive in this position.

This role will primarily be based in our office, with occasional travel to support Case Management Leave coverage.
