**About The Role**

Ventia’s Contact Centre has had a continuous growth over the last few years and with this, we are seeking an LMS Administrator to support the Business Improvement & Performance team across projects based out of our brand-new office in Parramatta.

This newly created position will play a pivotal role, assisting in continuous improvement strategies and the standardisation of processes, as well as learning and development across all the different scopes of work from our Ventia operations stakeholders.

This role would suit someone with high energy and who embraces a challenge, while also looking to grow their current skill set in a very diverse and inclusive team.

**A day in the life of**:

- Develop training content and deploy via learning management system of learning programs, care plans and reviews
- Assist in requests received by the business and recommend solutions for process improvements, performance, learning and quality
- Facilitate and build learning programs and curriculums
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for all new starters
- Create ongoing communications strategies across the business
- Coordination and driving of the VOC ongoing recruitment campaigns

**About You**
You will have experience working within the learning and development space with demonstrated experience using learner management systems. Experience with business improvements and quality is advantageous.

You will also possess:

- Sound administration and computing skills, specifically in the use the MS Office
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with LMS experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Creativity and think outside of the box
