Learning & Development Administrator

Full time on site – Parramatta – ASAP start: 3 month initial assignment - $530 - $550 per day + super

Key accountabilities:

  • Liaise and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for all their training needs and develop a plan for the execution and delivery of training.
  • Support the Learning and Development Leadership Team with Compass escalations
  • Stakeholder and vendor management for L&D programs including negotiation of cost
  • Liaise, create, and administer learning contracts with all vendors and training providers.
  • Maintain constructive relationships and ensure the vendors are registered in accordance with the procurement and finance perspective
  • Learning Management System administration - Compass
  • Administration support for all Learning Procurement and Invoice payments,
  • Training administration (e.g. scheduling, ordering catering, room bookings, sending pre-work) administration of the Learning Centre, Reception desk duties.

Selection criteria:

  • Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or higher)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills at all levels
  • Highly technology literate
  • Ability to work full time in the office (Parramatta)
  • Desirable: Learning Management System (LMS) experience
