**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for an experienced **Administrator / Coordinator **to join our team based in **Carole Park QLD**.

In this hybrid role you will work closely with the Inventory Solutions team and our customers to ensure all purchase order numbers are current, and invoicing services continue to meet customer and business requirements and expectations.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Create and distribute department and customer reports
- Process monthly and customised consolidated invoices, and distribute to customers
- Maintain records in asset management database
- Maintain customer purchase order records for invoicing

To be successful, you will have:

- The ability to action consistent and accurate data entry into business systems
- Administration experience, with a solutions focused mindset
- Strong organisation skills, and a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional time management, prioritising conflicting tasks where needed
- Confident with Microsoft products - Excel and Word are essential in this role
- Clear verbal and written communication essential
