**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our team in **Carole Park, QLD**. In this role, you’ll engage with customers to ensure timely receipting of payments. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Allocate funds to debtor accounts
- Manage debts for small to large corporate customers
- Upload invoices to portals/systems as required
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain account records
- Resolve disputes
- Perform general administrative duties

**About You**
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in credit collections or reconciliations (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage high volumes and meet multiple deadlines
