The primary purpose of this role is to lead the delivery, management, and optimisation of all Allianz Australia content platforms. Executing the strategic vision for the transition of offline sales and service to an online environment.
**You'll be responsible for**
- Champion digital strategy to manage the delivery of the overall digital production and measure the impact on sales through our Allianz and Partner sites.
- Manage the delivery of signature digital customer experiences to align with strategies to win, retain, and grow customers.
- Review and manage owned sites and platforms to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and customer experience strategy.
- Provide resource planning to deliver squad and project outcomes.
- Establish and promote standards, best practices, and guidelines within their production discipline, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in work processes and deliverables.
- Integrate insights from multiple sources and channels to develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of platforms, working across stakeholder groups to identify and develop optimisation initiatives.
- Lead and coach team members to develop capability continuously, and build high high-performing, collaborative, and engaged team.
- Monitor the progress and performance of their production discipline, tracking key metrics and indicators. They use data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
- Extensive experience in Digital engagements, establishing customer expectations, and delivering quality artifacts as a framework for project delivery.
- Significant experience in customer journey management, user experience design, digital analytics and user experience optimisation in a corporate, or consulting environment.
- Ideally experience in the Insurance industry with a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact Allianz Australia.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, software databases, reporting and communication tools.
