**What the day will look like**:
A unique opportunity has become available for a Platform Administrator to support the Digital Client Solutions team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining existing client technology platforms for the business.

You will be responsible to manage the end-to-end platform lifecycle, including scoping, build and execution of the technology initiatives, whilst creating awareness and adoption of platforms across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring, updating and reporting on project plans and activity schedules
- Onboarding new client accounts
- Client Transactional and Payment processing
- Updating administration system relating to transaction and payment processing
- Be a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and assist with client enquiries in line with the company’s service offering
- Complete all necessary reports and documentation as directed by advisors and managers
- Update project plans against agreed project scope and objectives including project risks and issues, including maintaining a project register
- Support the delivery of training to the business as required
- Act as a champion for change specifically in relation to the ongoing use of technology across the business to support client service delivery

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Experience within Insurance / Platforms is highly desired
- Exposure to a project environment with demonstrated analysis, planning and execution skills
- Experience in a change management environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders and to influence and drive change
